Yizkor Book of Remembrance 5782

Dear Members and Friends,

As we approach our first Yamim Noraim after Covid our Shul is once again preparing a Yizkor Book of Remembrance. The 5782 Yizkor Book offers you the opportunity to dedicate and memorialize loved ones by listing their names in the memorial section.

The book will include the Yizkor Tefilot and El Male memorial prayers our Shul customarily recites. The books will be used at our Minyanim on Yom Kippur, Shemini Atzeret, Acharon Shel Pesach and Shavuot.

In order to participate, please complete the form below and list the names of those you wish to memorialize with a gift of $36.00 per name. Forms must be submitted by August 19, 2021, allowing us enough time to print the books for Yom Kippur. If you wish to pay by check, please choose the option 'Bill to Account' on the payments page and send your check to the shul office as soon as possible, entering 'Yizkor Book' in the memo.
