Most of the time the emails the YICC office fails to receive are due to someone changing their email address without informing us.

Please help the YICC office staff serve you. We have and must use comprehensive anti-spam measures. Sometimes these can be over-aggressive, preventing legitimate email that appears to be spam or is coming from a new address.

When your email address is whitelisted, however, it ALWAYS gets through.

Please use the form, below, to enter your old email, your new email, and a note to us if there are other email addresses we can safely delete from your member record.

Below the form are a list of “Top Level Domains” (TLDs: the text that appears after the last period in an email address) that are especially spammy with addresses resembling sales@aggressive-voip.broker and we’ve blacklisted them. If you have a legitimate email address with one of these TLDs, our adding you to YICC’s email whitelist will override the anti-spam rules.
